About this property

Tastefully renovated apartment close to sea, town and amenities!

  • Beautiful apartment refurbished and tasteful, enjoying a central location. South facing with small sea view and unobstructed.
    You will enjoy the advantages of the city centre: supermarket, pharmacy, bar, bakery, tobacco and restaurants within walking distance, while being close to the sea and quiet (new carpentry). The air conditioning cools the apartment!
    The beaches of Toulon and the train station are accessible in 15 minutes on foot.
    If you want to move, the buses pass at the foot of the apartment and will take you to visit the surroundings.

    You will have access to two bedrooms, one of which has a large closet (both are equipped with blackout shutters or curtains), a living room and dining area with an extendable table, a separate and equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, oven and hob), a shower room, a separate toilet and a loggia to be able to store your suitcases and shoes without worry! The balcony is south facing with a beautiful unobstructed view and allows you to enjoy the sunsets!
