You have full use of both dwellings and their outdoor areas with above-ground pool. DUPLEX: 66m², bright and spacious, for up to 6 people: Ground floor: \- Main entrance with cupboards and fridge. \- Separate bedroom with double bed (140x200). \- Fitted kitchen opening onto dining room and living room. \- Living room with sofa bed, Smart TV, and access to the terrace via a bay window. First floor: \- Spacious master suite with Queen-size bed (160x200) and plenty of storage space. \- Bathroom with shower, washbasin and mirror (semi-open with access from the master suite). \- Separate WC (accessible only from the master suite) Outside : \- Covered summer kitchen with barbecue, sink, bar with stools, and dining table. \- Large L-shaped paved terrace with garden furniture under shaded pergola. \- 4x2m above-ground swimming pool (open from 1 June to 15 September). \- Various relaxation areas and a plot of land for budding explorers.
