"Hotel was great middle of everything could cross the street to get to the subway middle of Times Square. Every morning room service would ask if you needed your room done so everything was kept clean the staff was helpful and easy to check in and has an automatic check out at noon so just need to put your hotel keys in the box in the lobby and head out. room conditioning worked perfectly hotel was recently renovated only minor complaint was my door wouldn't shut fully and always had to pull or push it and it doesn't come with a microwave or refridgerator but thats told up front. also wish there was a ice and water station like there was a sign for but didn't find it on my floor"
