Nestled within a private driveway, this charming two-bedroom detached property is a perfect coastal retreat, offering stunning sea views and a serene atmosphere. Elevated to fully embrace the breathtaking vistas of the coastline, the home is bathed in natural light, creating a bright and airy ambiance throughout. Its design harmonises beautifully with the surrounding landscape, featuring large windows that frame uninterrupted views of the sea and sky.  
  
At the heart of the home is the cosy lounge and dining area, where a charming wood burner adds warmth and character, creating a comfortable space to relax no matter the season. With a full height vaulted ceiling with chandelier and mezzanine above acting as a reading room, there is also a beautiful arched window with a stained-glass window inset. The garden itself is a tranquil haven, thoughtfully designed on multiple levels. Nature lovers will appreciate the proximity to National Trust downland and the miles of picturesque coastal trails that stretch across the Island, offering stunning views at every turn. A short stroll from the house, Totland Village provides charming local shops, while nearby Freshwater Village offers all the essential amenities. Just a short distance away is Freshwater Bay, one of the most picturesque beaches in West Wight. Known for its dramatic scenery where cliffs meet the sea, the beach features a unique mix of grey flint and chalk pebbles that create a soothing sound as the waves roll in. On the eastern side of the bay, low tide reveals sandy patches and a rock ledge, perfect for rock pooling and exploring marine life with children.
