It was not very clean when we arrived and there was nothing to clean up with on a daily basis during our stay (it was a week). We did get clean towels 3 times. One day we were without hot water. After a search I found a phone number to call and they came to fix the problem. It was a convenient area for the appointments I had and to get to the airport.

I loved this hotel. Honestly, this is now one of my top 5 hotels to stay. The hotel and room were esthetically beautiful. The staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I loved the sustainability focus. It was in a great location and I had a beautiful view. I will definitely be back.

"It was close to the airport (AKL) we arrived late and asked for late checkout. Room was clean, cool. Blackout curtains were great for late checkout. It had a book exchange shelf which was nice. The hotel is ideal for business travel."
