New Splendid Hotel & Spa - Adults Only

10/10 Excellent

"Excellent service provided by all staff members! Beautiful lake view! Well noise-insulated rooms! Thanks!"

RIVA Mamaia Aparthotel

10/10 Excellent

We really enjoyed the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff was really nice and always brought everything we requested to our room. At breakfast, we asked for vegetarian options, like a veggie omelet and toast without meat, and the chef made it for us right away. The cappuccino was delicious, and we got as many as we wanted. The hotel is modern and well worth the price. The location right on the sea was perfect, and being on the promenade put us close to the best restaurants on the strip. The room was clean, and they provided extra towels whenever we asked.Highly recommended"

Hotel On Plonge Junior

8/10 Good

"The room was clean and cleaned daily, exceptional service. Furniture is a bit dated and the wardrobe was making a lot of noise. All in all really good hotel for the area. The only gripe is no hit water in the shower in the afternoons / evenings."

"Perfect location for large families! Amazing guests thank you for making us feel at home!"

"The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious. The dinner very affordable and the drinks were included. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my time at Scarpino!"

What is the best area to stay in Tortoman?

You'll find the local church, the administrative building, and a few small shops dotted along this street. It's a quiet, rural setting, superb for those looking to experience traditional Romanian village life. For travellers looking for a tranquil escape, staying in a guesthouse or a converted farmhouse within the village offers a genuine experience.
