"Terraza con vistas pero mucho ruido de zona comunitaria. No hay sábanas ni toallas, ni wifi, ni aire acondicionado. Baño anticuado. Faltan lámparas en mesillas de noche. Mas o menos limpio pero no desinfectado. Aún así hemos estado bien."

"The communication with manager was really good and got things sorted very quickly - had a problem with aircon and dishwasher but as I say sorted very promptly. Garden space could do with a bit of TLC as very patchy grass but patio nice. In saying these things we loved the apartment which had everything we needed and would deinately go back."

"Die Zeit war sehr schön und ruhig. Genau was wir gebraucht haben, um abzuschalten. Im Haus war alles da, was nötig war für unseren 11 tägigen Aufenthalt. Nur ein kleiner Mängel ist da. Die Kaffeemaschine war definív zu klein!! Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden."

"Tout aurait été magnifique avec le soleil et la chaleur. L’estartit etait « morte « mais nous ne pouvions rien y faire : pas de piscine ni de baignade car eau tro froide, pas de plage car pluie et vent et froid. Restaient lrs promenades sous la pluie et led musées dali. Et comme le logement n’a pas de connexion internet, la télévision multimédia ne servait à rien sauf si on parle espagnol ou catalan. Une connexion wifi serait vraiment in MUST ."

"We had a fantastic experience in this house. Comfortable breakfast on the top deck with beautiful views of the marina, bay and Medas Islands. The wifi worked great, it has a pretty new dishwasher. It also has a lower patio with a large table as well. The community includes a great swimming pool, beautiful gardens, and a tenis court (you have to pay a small fee to reserve it and play) You will prefer to use a car/motorcycle to get to the village and the beach. "We really enjoyed our week long stay in this rental property. It is perfectly situated near all amenities and close to the beach. The shared pool is also an added extra, though we stayed during September , so it was quite cold as not heated! Nevertheless, it's a bonus. The house has everything you need and we did have dinner at home once or twice. "We didn't realize that this house is quite a long distance from the center of L'estartit. You cannot walk it. Futher on it's a nice house with old furniture and floors that make a lot of noice. Hope the owner wil repair the floor in the badroom. We thought seeing the foto's that we where looking out on the pool but that's not the case. We had a good vacation but will not rent this house again."

"We were greeted warmly on arrival and shown everything we needed to know during our stay. Gisele was very attentive leading up to and during our stay and happy to answer any questions we had. The house is situated at the top of a small mountain but the beach is a 10 minute walk away. If you're not fit, walking back up the mountain is very difficult as there are many steep steps and hills to climb. However, a taxi ride from anywhere in the town costs about 10 euro. The property itself was lovely...

"When we arrived we were greeted in a friendly manner. Everything was as described or as you can see in the pictures. We especially liked the large pool, the outdoor dining area, the simple furnishings and the proximity to the sea. If you had any questions, you immediately got a friendly answer from the owner. We also found out that there are no pool towels and the cleanliness is not really good in some places. The location is very quiet and the beautiful beach is not overcrowded. For shopping...

"The flat was in a 4th floor with no lift. No aircon or heater. We did not have toilet roll neither. The apartment had hair from the other guest in the floors and the bathroom. Communication with the team was good and the staff very friendly. "
