This particular one is located on the last floor of the building, facing the harbor and the Estartit Yacht Club, a place to forget about the car and have a holiday where you can walk everywhere: close to the beach, shops, restaurants, dive centers, and amidst the atmosphere of the Costa Brava. On the rooftop of the building, there is a communal pool and a children's pool with the best views of the Costa Brava. Bed sheets are included in the rental price. If you wish, you can also add towels when making the reservation at a cost of €5 per person. There are stairs before accessing the building. The Nàutic apartments have an elevator starting from the first floor, as well as a pool, wifi, and air conditioning/heat pump. On the ground floor, there is the El Volanti Restaurant. There is no parking available. Die erstmalig neu installierte Klimaanlage war auch erforderliche und sehr angenehm. Der Komfort und die Funktionalitäten der Wohnungen sind auch in Ordnung. Sauberkeit im Hausflur und auf dem Dach im Poolbereich. Die Glasschiebtüren sind zum Teil nicht mehr zu bewegen. In den Kühlschranktüren fehlen schon öfter Ablagefächer, für Flaschen z.B./ Das Wifi sollte in den Apartments ´stärker´ sein. Die Klapp - Couch im Wohnzimmer ist fast überall schrottreif und der Stoffbezug ist meistens dreckig und eine Zumutung. Abet verbessert wurde vor wenigen Jahren, die damals dringend neuen Bettgestelle und Matratzen, danke.
