This particular one is located on the third floor of the building, facing the harbor and the Estartit Yacht Club, a place to forget about the car and spend a holiday where you can walk everywhere: close to the beach, shops, restaurants, dive centers, and in the midst of the lively atmosphere of the Costa Brava. On the rooftop of the building, there is a communal pool and a children's pool with the best views of the Costa Brava. Bed sheets are included in the rental price. If you wish, you can also add towels when making the reservation at a cost of €5 per person. There are stairs before accessing the building. The Nàutic Apartments have an elevator from the first floor, as well as a pool, wifi, and air conditioning/heat pump. On the ground floor, there is the El Volanti Restaurant. There is no parking available. Perfekte Lage für Tauchausflüge. Keine hochmoderne Einrichtungen, aber saubere Wohnungen mit allem was man braucht, angenehmer Dachpool, kleiner Strand direkt vor dem Haus und super Aussicht über den Hafen von allen Balkonen und der Poolterasse. Es gibt hunderte kostenlose Parkplätze am Hauptstrand, ca. 10 - 15 Min. Fussweg, aber die Parplatzsituation direkt vor dem Haus könnte mit einem buchbaren Ticket für den gesamten Aufenthalt entspannter sein, für den der es möchte.
