NAUTIC 1D 1-1

This one is located on the second floor of the building, right in front of the harbor and the Estartit Yacht Club, a place to forget about the car and enjoy a vacation where you can walk everywhere: close to the beach, shops, restaurants, dive centers, and the lively atmosphere of the Costa Brava.



On the rooftop of the building, there is a communal pool and a children's pool with the best views of the Costa Brava.

Bed sheets are included in the rental price. If you wish, you can also add towels when making the reservation at a cost of €5 per person.

There are stairs before accessing the building.



The Nàutic Apartments have an elevator from the first floor onwards, as well as a pool, wifi, air conditioning/heat pump.

On the ground floor, there is the El Volanti Restaurant. Parking is not available.

Wonderful stay

The location was perfect, the apartment very comfortable. We enjoyed our visit. MB. Towels on arrival and tea towels really are necessities. Although we arrived too late to check in properly. But I think at leat ONE of each items should be included, automatically. Otherwise everything was fine.

Estartit ist ein sehr gepflegter Ort und die Anlage hat mit Ihren Westbalkonen eine sehr gute Lage. Schade,dass der Aufzug erst ab 1.OG fährt. Für ältere Leute und Behinderte ist die Anlage nicht Nutzbar. Die Außentreppe ist auch ohne Gepäck schon eine Herausforderung. Alles sehr gut Nur Kleinigkeiten wie: Bier-,Wein-,Sektgläser fehlten. Eierbecher waren keine da. eine Küchenschere ist sinnvoll, wenn man wirklich kochen möchte..

Poor overall experience

We did not enjoy our stay here. While the location was wonderful - the view over the bay was fabulous, as was the rooftop pool and the beach access - the unit was dirty, loud, poorly ventilated and small. Our two kids could not fit on the "2 person futon." Also, the apartment is located above a restaurant, so the noise and post dinner smokers lingering outside was unpleasant. The internet coverage was really poor. Connectivity was best on the roof, and our calls to the management to resolve the situation did not help. Overall, for the price, this was a disappointing experience.

la situación y senzillez del apartamento. Las vistas son especiales!! en epoca de invierno, hay que tener algo de calefacción en el aprt. nosotros la tuvimos que pedir.

Las vistas no tienen precio

La ubicación sobretodo, los apartamentos bastantes espaciosos, la vista ...ya hemos repetido varias veces. Ideal para estancia cortas. Para estancias largas el problema es la falta de parking próximo, y quizás las escaleras pero son los apartamentos que más nos gustan!
