Enjoy your vacation from this well-appointed apartment in Estartit, offering accommodation for 2/3 people over 40 m². Ideally located just 150 m from the sandy beach, 100 m from the town center and in the immediate vicinity of the famous Montgrí Ter natural park and the Medes Islands.   
  
Empordà Golf Club is 9 km away, Flaçà Train Station is 25 km away and Girona – Costa Brava Airport is 55 km away.   
  
The apartment has elevator access, a furnished terrace, iron, electric heating, 1 collective + children's swimming pool surrounded by a garden, television and Internet access subject to availability (10 €/day).   
  
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker and toaster. Sheets are included in the rental price, and you have the option of adding towels to your reservation for an extra charge of €4 per person.

La proximité de la plage et des commerces. La serrure à l'entrée du bâtiment pose problème lors de l'ouverture de la porte d'entrée.
