    The apartment features 1 bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, providing space for 4 people. The sofa bed accommodates 2 people and can be separated with sliding doors. Equipped with everything you need, this affordable and comfortable accommodation ensures a great stay.



    Our accommodation is located in Mas Pinell, a privileged area of the Catalan Costa Brava. Explore the charming nearby towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals, and L'Estartit. Within less than 6 km, you'll find the nearest supermarket (Raül Girona), and within less than 3 km, you can enjoy an excellent variety of restaurants to savour the delicious local cuisine.



    With spectacular views and all the amenities you need, an unforgettable experience awaits you in Mas Pinell!



    Pets are allowed.



    IMPORTANT: The reasonable consumption of 15 kW per day is included. In case of discounted off-season monthly rental, electricity is NOT included and is paid separately!!!

This property was spot on for our needs.

Whilst on the 4th floor this property provided wonderful sea views and indeed of surrounding areas, a great bonus whilst eating, or having a relaxing coffee / light refreshment! The apartment is simple and easy to manage. The true value of property is the excellent back up service provided by those at reception, easy to communicate with and nothing seems to be a problem, leading to a very enjoyable relaxing stay. Top marks, F & A Smyth.

Lage der Wohnung zum Strand war sehr gut. Nur wenige Meter entfernt! Auch ist der Meerblick von der 4. Etage aus sehr schön. Für 2 Personen ideal zum Entspannen!

Perfekt gelegene Wohnung für einen schönen Urlaub

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Keine 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Die Anreise mit Schlüsselübergabe hat sehr gut funktioniert. Auch am Abreisetag lief alles ohne Probleme. Bei Ankunft roch der Abfluss der Dusche etwas komisch.

Die Ferienwohnung ist für zwei Personen völlig ausreichend und sehr gut. Es wäre toll wenn ein paar Dinge vorrätig wären, wie Trockentücher, Küchentücher, Salz und Pfeffer

The Apartment looks tired, it has wonderful potential, a good clean / clear out followed by a good c

The property has a somewhat dated / tired look about it, a new clean shower curtain could work wonders for the bathroom. The kitchen area whilst workable and clearly had a new hob fitted in the recent past alas the area in front of the hob is ill fitting / loose. As reported the electric socket / light switch over the bed is in poor working condition as is the socket at the sink in bathroom. A new bulb in the fridge. A good lick of paint to brighten - freshen up the apartment would work wonders. It's a combination of the small things that make it all work. We enjoyed our stay and will consider a return visit.
