Oasis Premium Costa Brava is a spacious three-story apartment with a private fenced garden, sun terrace, and access to a year-round saltwater communal pool. Located just 50 meters from a sandy beach with natural dunes in the peaceful Mas Pinell development, it’s perfect for families, groups, or longer stays, combining comfort, outdoor spaces, and proximity to the sea.
The house features three bedrooms: a master with a 160 cm bed, en-suite bathroom, and Smart TV; one with two single beds that can be joined; and one with three single beds. There are two full bathrooms and an extra guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, and induction cooktop. The living-dining area is bright and spacious. All rooms have air conditioning with hot/cold pump, additional heating, and a fireplace. High-speed Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels are included.
The private fenced garden is ideal for children and pets. Terraces are furnished for outdoor dining and there’s a portable barbecue. The top floor has a solarium for relaxing in the sun. The communal pool and garden are perfect for cooling off or unwinding with family.
The apartment includes a garage, easy street parking, space for bikes and motorbikes, and self check-in with key box. Up to two pets are welcome. Smoking, parties, and events are not allowed.
