Einfache, aber geräumige Wohnung. Schönes, modernes Badezimmer, ein geräumiges Doppelzimmer mit Schiebetüren zum Balkon, ein zweites, recht kleines Schlafzimmer mit einem sehr kleinen Fenster zum Treppenhaus/Flur des Gebäudes. Wohnküche ebenfalls mit Balkonzugang. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock und blickt auf den Innenhof/gepflegten Garten sowie auf den Nachbarwohnblock. Leider erreicht die Sonne im März nie den Balkon – obwohl die beiden großen Fenstertüren für helles Tageslicht sorgen. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut (wir haben nur die Heizung benutzt), ist aber etwas laut. Das Einzige, was uns sehr enttäuscht hat, waren die beiden Sofas, die sehr abgenutzt und extrem unbequem waren. Alles in allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Es war ruhig und die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt.
