Sejour de 11 jours à L Estartit

Nous avons mis 1h30 pour faire l enregistrements de nos passeport en ligne avant notre arrivée.... A notre arrivée à 14h on nous a demandé d'attendre 16h afin de recevoir un mail avec les codes d accès a l appartement et nous ne l avons reçu que le lendemain de notre arrivée !!! A 16h00 apres 4 appels de ma part ils m ont enfin communiqués les codes pour ouvrir l appartement. A notre arrivee il etait propre mais il faisait très chaud dedans. Les fermetures de la baie vitrée etaient cassées et un vis au centre coincé biensur permettait d'ouvrir et fermer la baie vitrée. Nous avons contacter le propriétaire demandant une intervention car elle ne s' ouvrait pas et qu il faisait extrêmement chaud dans le logement et m a garantie une intervention avant 20h. Personne n est venu biensur . Nous avons après de multiples essais reussi à l ouvrir mais il fallait être 2 pour l ouvrir et nous avons dû faire comme cela durant toutes nos vacances. De plus la plage se trouvait bien à 600m soit 12 min à pieds mais le centre ville se trouve à plus de 30 min de marche à pieds. Donc annonce mensongère.... Obliger d utiliser régulièrement la voiture pour aller au centre. Bref, je ne recommande pas ces logements car meme rénové les propriétaires une fois que vous avez payé ne s'occupent absolument pas de vous. Et c est très bruyant la nuit. Réveillé par les voitures et motos qui passent et les camions de ramassage des poubelles. Propriétaire pas serieux , à fuir !!! .
