It is directly across from playa de los locos beach and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday within walking distance.For stays of 10 nights or less, it is considered a Tourist Property - Tourism Contract. The Space: You enter the Property through the front door and to the left is the bathroom, you continue down the hallway into the open plan kitchen and living room. The kitchen has been recently been renovated and is equipped with a grill, microwave and dining room table. The living room has a comfortable sofa and armchair, with a smart TV. From the living room you exit onto the balcony where there is a table and chairs for outdoor dining. The master bedroom and the second bedroom both lead off from the main living space, the master has a double bed and fitted wardrobes, the second bedroom has 2 single beds and a wardrobe.
