Villa Amalia 59 - Ground floor with garden
The recently built Villa Amalia development has two 12-metre long summer swimming pools, ideal for swimming and relaxing. There is also a private gym equipped with treadmills, static bikes and cross-trainer within the complex, and for those visiting in winter, a heated pool with a temperature of 28ºC. Just outside the development, there is ample space for parking.
Villa Amalia is in an unbeatable location close to all amenities and away from crowded areas. Just 300m from the door is a small shopping centre with an Aldi, a Tedi and a Rossman, and less than 800m away is a great selection of bars and restaurants.
A 5 minute walk will take you to the sea, where there is a beautiful rocky beach with a swimming area. Following the coast towards Torrevieja, we reach the famous sandy beach of Los Náufragos, awarded with the blue flag and equipped with W/C, lifeguard and beach bar to enjoy the Mediterranean sea in total comfort and safety. On Torrevieja's emblematic seafront, just 20 minutes' walk away, a whole world of entertainment awaits, with various sports facilities and a host of bars, restaurants and leisure activities.
And with easy access to the national road and public transport network, all the great charms of the Vega Baja are within easy reach from Villa Amalia. Within a 10 minute drive there are 2 large shopping centres, Habaneras and La Zenia Boulevard, and the well-known golf courses of Campoamor and Villamartin are 20 minutes away.

Die Anlage und das Schwimmbad waren sehr schön. Die Schwimmbad-Temperatur war sehr angenehm.
Der Verwalter hat sich viel Mühe gegeben und war sofort zur Stelle um zu helfen.
Leider entsprach die Wohnung, obwohl sie gut geschnitten war, nicht unseren Erwartungen:
- die Wohnung liegt auf einen Eckgrundstück, das direkt an die Müllentsorgungscontainer angrenzt, den ganzen Tag wird Müll mit lauten Getöse entsorgt und auch noch der Gestank
- zudem grenzt der Eingang zur Anlage direkt an die Wohnung an, das Tor knallt den ganzen Tag mit Wucht zu
- eine Baustelle gegenüber tut ihr Übriges, schon am frühen Morgen was die Lärmbelästigung angeht
- in der Wohnung selbst existiert das Problem, dass Abwassergerüche permanent in den Wohnraum eindringen und man täglich mit Kakalakenbesuch rechnen muss
- die Klimaanlage insgesamt war schlecht einstellbar und zu laut
- die Lounge-Möbel auf der Terrasse waren völlig verdreckt , da die ungeeignet sind für draußen
