All services in the environs, 300 meters from to beach In the Costa Blanca, in the city center of Torrevieja, near the town hall, a nice floor of 3 bedrooms and living room with air conditioning. There are two shower rooms. All the furniture is new. Full linen, towels, dishes, etc. At 200 meters from the beach Acequión. Ideal for walking and eat at one of the many restaurants on the seashore. This beach has a particularly gentle, ideal for children. The boardwalk area and terraces is also 400 meters, to walk in the evening and night, with amusement rides, hippy market. Ideal if you come without a car. Nearby airport is Alicante and San Javier Located in the city center, 3 minutes walk to town hall, church, the theater and shopping and restaurants. Area day and night with great commercial and service activity. In the port area (there are three marinas) can discover nautical activities, fishing, diving, tours of the bay. There is an underwater vision boat leaving every day to Tabarca Island In port you can visit a military submarine that is docked in same port and it's a very nice visit and I recommend. This was my first experience of renting an apartment through HomeAway and I must say it exceeded my expectations. I stayed here with two friends, one person to a bedroom. Communication with Marcos was good before the stay, he speaks broken English, but we were able to understand each other. The apartment is on the first floor. There's ramp as you enter the building, which was really useful. Interior - homely, cosy, modern and very well stocked. All three bedrooms are a decent size with storage space (wardrobes and chest of drawers) and extra supplies of bed linen, ironing boards, irons etc if needed. Both shower rooms are a good size. Location - The apartment next to to a petrol station with small supermarket, about a 10-15 minute walk from a large grocery store and within a short distance from the marina with many wonderful restaurants, bars and even a funfair. There are a few local beaches for sunbathing, however you will have to travel a little further for the larger beaches. The apartment is on a busy road, but the bedrooms facing the road have double gazing, plus a metal shutter. There is some ambient noise but I'm quite a heavy sleeper so it didn't bother me. It does get a little noisy on the balcony off the living room though. TL;DR - a lovely apartment, in a good location for restaurants and entertainment and a helpful host. We really enjoyed our stay.
