Air conditioning, 50 m to the beach Only 50 meters from the longest consecutive clean beach on the Costa Blanca South in the town of La Mata is rented a brand new 4-person apartment. The apartment is on the first floor of the total three-story building. The building has several elevators. All bedrooms have shutters. The beds have excellent pillows and duvet. There are two nice bathrooms with underfloor heating. Both bathrooms are spacious shower, a large vanity with drawers and a toilet. The apartment has the shared use of three swimming pools. One large swimming pool with sunbathing area on the edge of the dunes, a smaller pool for the residence there is also a children's pool. Air conditioning in the entire apartment. It is completely luxury furnished for 4 people. Everything has been thought. In the kitchen is a large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and microwave. A coffee maker and kettle. You do all to bring anything. ensuring all bedding and linens. On the TV you can national channels to see and of course there is WiFi internet. The living room is spacious with a six-seater dining table, a large sofa, table and dresser with TV.
