The house is located in the suburb of Torrevieja (Alicante), in the quiet small urbanization of Cala del Moro, at 50 m from the beach. Closed private zone with the cozy pool, lots of flowers and plants. The house has 3 bedrooms, very bright living room with the sea view. At the top there is a 20m2 solarium, where you can enjoy the sun and hear the sounds of the sea. In front of the entrance door there is a beautiful terrace of approx. 13m2
