The property is located just 60 m from the beach "Playa del Cura" with easy access to fantastic restaurants and cafes, shops and services. The bus station is just a 15 minute walk away providing easy access to surrounding towns / airports, the city centre with its Paseo Marítimo seafront promenade and Vista Alegre promenade. This location allows you to enjoy sun and swimming in the sea during the day and in the evening you can walk along beautiful surroundings.  
  
The 70 m² apartment consists of:  
\- a bright living room with comfortable sofa set and direct access to the large terrace;  
\- a separate, functional and fully equipped kitchen with a balcony/annexe overlooking the inner courtyard  
\- two bedrooms, equipped with deep wardrobes and comfortable beds (1x2 person, 2x1 person);  
\- two bathrooms: one with bath and shower function, the other with shower;  
\- a communicative hall.
