Un sitio tranquilo para descansar . El apartamento a la primera vista parecia bien pero a la hora de ducha no funccionaba y con suciedad, la cafetera no tenia filtro , la cama hacia ruido a cualquier movimiento

good location in town

this was my fourth stay in atlas and have another two stays booked already always find the complex and apartments clean and tidy and staff helpful complex is very secure for families with children within walking distance to the beach supermarket and other attractions in the area would recommend aparthotel atlas anytime and will continue to use as I go over as often as possible to visit friends

Room was basic budget but we expected that. Room was very clean. Our issue was with Reception or lack of it. We had to wait 20 minutes to get into the hotel, had to call three times before someone appeared to let us in. After checking out, we thought we had maybe left a phone charger behind as could not find it. Despite going back twice and phoning several times we could not make contact. Basically, Reception is hardly ever manned which to us was a major concern should we have had any kind of problem or emergency, no-one there to assist.

Bad location and no service

Difficult to find. Construction around hotel. Residential area no restaurants nor shops nearby. The beach is a long difficult walk. No one greeted us. A construction worker had to let us in . The kitchen appliances were dirty. Couch was crumbling. View in the morning was beautiful. And the place is spacious. Pool looked nice. Did not see any staff the whole visit.

Freundlicher Empfang, aber dann...

Wir würden freundlich empfangen, der check in ging sehr schnell und wir konnten direkt in unser Apartment Nr. 206. In der der Küche stand das gespülte Geschirr auf dem Tisch. Das Sofa ist total verschlissen, die Klimaanlage (Heizung) im Schlafzimmer funktioniert nichr. Der Fernseher funktionert nicht. Das beste ist die Aussicht von der Terrasse. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt enttäuschend.

Very dirty room and equipment. No water in the shower, very bad bed-Rolling into the middel of the bed. No service in the reception- emty all time. Coulis be nice if the service and cleaning was ok.

Small and friendly

This was a small complex with only 16 apartments so was nice and quiet. The owners could do with lavishing some TLC around the pool area. The sunbeds all need replacing as they are all broken. The rooms are very clean with almost everything you need in them. If the owners spent some money on providing comfortable pool and patio furniture this little hotel would be wonderful. There is a lovely friendly bar (Domino Bar)about 5 minutes walk from the apartments and the food and service were excellent. The aparthotel are also missing out on making themselves some profit as they could easily sell some basic supplies. We arrived really late and there was nowhere to buy a bottle of water etc. The hotel could sell a basic welcome pack with water, bread etc which would help out guests arriving late in the evening. With a little TLC I would most definitely return.

Lejos de la playa.

Fuerte olor y humedades. Utensilios de cocina no aceptables para su uso. El primer Señor que nos atendió muy amable. El segundo de dificil trato. La limpieza deficiente. Tuve que reclamar cambio de sábanas.
