This beautiful 52m² flat in La Mata for 4 people consists of a living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom with bath and shower option, a balcony overlooking the garden and the swimming pool with children's pool.

The flat has everything you need: Kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster and complete crockery.

The living room and one bedroom are equipped with air condition, the second bedroom has a ceiling fan. There is also Wi-Fi, Smart TV, iron, hairdryer, washing machine and bed linen and towels for each person.

The pool is communal and is open from June 15 to September 15. and has its opening hours (closed at noon and at night).

The distance from the flat to the sandy beach is about 400m on foot. There is a 3km long beach promenade with a variety of cafes and restaurants and a national park nearby.

Alicante-Elche airport is about 41 km away (35 min taxi ride).

Good clean quite apartment, no oven but microwave and hob. Shops and beach nearby as well as many bars and restraints.
