I have stayed at this hotel frequently as I have family living close by. On this occasion I had brought my car from England and the excellent staff arranged access to a secure underground car park very close by. When the technology of the check in system at the car park confused me Lucia from reception took the trouble to come to the car park to assist me… amazing guest care on her part. On the Sunday evening Tsueh guided me to a local store that was open the Sunday for me to get a few essentials. I phoned Marlos on reception whist I was still in the UK and he helped arrange my place at the underground car park. All three members of the reception staff were absolutely amazing ! Comfortable room—on the smaller side, but it worked well for our stay. The hotel’s location is very central and convenient. Parking during check-in was a bit difficult because there wasn’t an easy place to stop the car to register. Customer service could use some improvement. Some of the morning staff were very friendly and helpful, but the night staff seemed less informed, which made parts of the stay a bit frustrating. Overall, the location was excellent, and the room was comfortable.

I like the place, is in an exotic location, not much around, peaceful however I would say is not "thermal water" is natural spring water (a little cold) for what we are used to. not many food options, we found the hotel menu to be expensive

We stayed in Zaragoza for 2 nights and we like the hotel’s proximity to everything. We enjoyed the breakfast, the only thing was their coffee machine was busted but we still got our free coffee from the coffee shop located inside the hotel. We paid €12.50 per person for breakfast and it was worth it because they served a decent variety of food daily. Our room was clean but a bit noisy because of the restaurants close by and they were open til late at night. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay at Don Jaime and we highly recommend this hotel.
