Our bathroom was unacceptably dirty. Clearly it hadn’t had a thorough clean in a while. We complained to the front desk and they offered to change our room. We declined as we didn’t want a new room just a clean one. They said the bathroom was dirty because it was old but we disagreed. Next day the bathroom had been cleaned with a toothbrush. We knew that because they left the filthy brush on the sink. The staff were friendly and breakfast was nice. Disappointed overall as the room wasn’t cheap and we’d invited my son and girlfriend to their room and was meant to be a treat.
