Moyen. L’emplacement est super. La petite vue mer tres bien. C’est calme. Le jardin est très mignon, la douche exterieure parfaite et la place de parking ombragée est un luxe. Mais l’ameublement est peu confortable, la propreté de la vaisselle laissait à desirer. L’appartement sent le renfermé. Confort des lits moyen . Ventilateurs hors d’âge assez inefficaces . Moustiquaire trouée dans une chambre. Le frigo peine à refroidir quand il fait tres chaud.Pour résumer : exterieur et emplacement parfait, interieur bof, pour un prix quand même important. La climatisation arrangerait bien des choses...
