Wonderful Home with views and pool near Segovia

Quick drive to Segovia to see the sights and walking distance to some amazing restaurants with local dishes in Torrecaballeros. Plenty of room for a family gathering.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana fantástico. La casa está muy bien, súper limpia y espaciosa. El pueblo y alrededores nos ha encantado. Aunque no hemos conocido a Teresa, la propietaria en persona, la comunicación ha sido en todo momento muy fluida y ella ha estado atenta y pendiente incluso antes de nuestra llegada. Recomiendo la casa 100%.

una estancia no muy agradable

la casa está bien, aunque la limpieza deja bastante que desear. Los utensilios de la cocina estaban bastante sucios, la tostadora estaba sucia, en general la cocina, bastante mal. En cuando al resto de la casa bien. Algo de polvo si que había pero nada fuera de lo normal. Tuvimos un problema con uno de los baños, y es que la cerradura del baño estaba rota, y al echar el pestillo, la puerta se atascó y no pudimos abrirla. Ese pestillo estaba en mal estado, dicho por gente profesional, y de no haber acudido a ellos, la persona que quedó encerrada, posiblemente seguiría dentro.

Precio razonable para una casa aceptable

La casa es amplia y está bien situada cerca de Segovia, pero no está muy cuidada, lo que se deja ver en muchos detalles (limpieza no muy pulcra, sartenes muy antiguas y oxidadas, ventanas sin cortinas, … algunos ejemplos). No vimos a la dueña pero sí tuvimos buena comunicación.

Tromperie sur la piscine

Nous avons été prévenus moins de 24 heures avant notre arrivée que la piscine "venait de tourner" et qu'elle ne pourrait pas être réparée pour notre arrivée. A notre arrivée la piscine était vidée aux 3/4 et l'eau vert foncé. J'ai une piscine et sait que pour avoir cette couleur ça n'est pas arrivé là veille de notre arrivée. Le propriétaire n'a pas voulu nous dedomager (seulement 60€ ce qui représente 8%) du prix. Je pense que nous prévenir si tard (alors qu'il le savait pertinemment depuis longtemps) et ne pas vouloir nous dédommager est malhonnête.

Maravillosa casa para estar como en casa

La casa de Teresa es increíble🤝, no le falta detalle. Tiene amplio menaje y accesorios para que no te falte de nada ni te aburras un minuto durante los días de descanso. Teresa es una súper anfitriona y nos ha facilitado en todo momento información y facilidades. Lástima que hizo ml tiempo pero hubiésemos disfrutado mucho de la barbacoa y piscina . Repetiremos!!
