"Appartement is niets mis mee, al zou ik een aparte slaapkamer fijner vinden. De ligging is prachtig maar helaas was er totaal niets te doen in de omgeving (eerste week november 2024) Waarschijnlijk is het in de zomer wel erg druk want deze plaats staat vol met 4 etage appartementen. Dopo due ore di attesa siamo entrati nell’appartamento che aveva un water e un bidet non funzionante, pulizia discutibile in tutto l’appartamento. Allego le foto per illustrare la situazione. Inoltre, come indicato, viene richiesto un deposito di eur 150. La posizione dell’appartamento è fronte mare, molto bella!"

"The apartment is located in a beautiful small complex with a garden and swimmingpools, and is fully furnished and well-decorated with all modern conveniences. There is also a private parking space. The apartment is also cleaned on a weekly basis. The service from the owner is very good. A good location right on the beach and restaurants, bars and shops are within walking distance. We will definitely come back again."

"Al entran en el apartamento nos hemos encontrado una sorpresa ingrata, ya que había cucarachas en la puerta de la cocina, hemos llamado y nos lo han solucionado cambiando de apartamento, que no estaba preparado para el alquiler, es decir tuvimos que pedir mantas y se notaba que en las esquinas había algo de suciedad. Estamos contentos con el cambio pero como esto nos hizo perder tiempo hubiésemos agradecido que nos dejarán ese mismo tiempo para salir más tarde."

"Peniscola ist ein sehr schöner Urlaubsort. Die Burg und Altstadt, sowie auch die Atmonsphäre ist einmalig. Die Wohnung liegt auf einer Anhöhe. Zu Fuß ist der Strand innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu erreichen. In den Restaurants kann man sehr günstig essen. Wir waren davon sehr überrascht. Das Personal im Restaurand/Pool war sehr freundlich, sprach aber kein Deutsch. Check-in war super. Die Wohnung ist etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Fenster, Türen, Rolläden, Bad gehören sarniert.
