Two rooms of 60m2\. Dining room, two kitchens, 1200m2 garden area with heated pool, orchard, garden furniture, wood oven, built-in barbecue, garage ... The house is located on a bench overlooking the Sierra de Guadarrama from all rooms and on the bank of a stream that winds through the edge of the house. It has 4 rooms between 20m2 and 40m2\. One of them has a jacuzzi for two people in the bathroom of the room. Each of the two rooms has its independent fireplace, in addition to underfloor heating throughout the house.
