This superb townhouse has the added benefit of an extended stunning kitchen and a glass curtained terrace area giving larger than average living accommodation. The property is split over three floors, on the ground floor is the main 'open concept' family living/dining/kitchen area, The glass curtained terrace is the dining area. There is a bedroom (2 singles) with adjoining bathroom.
Upstairs, there is a master bedroom (double bed) and shower room. There is a sunny terrace leading from the hallway which has picturesque views over the golf course. There is then a roof solarium on the 3rd floor looking over the golf course which is sunny all day long.
There is a private driveway with parking for one car and also on street parking.

Overall a good villa. location to shops, restaurants and bar was very good. reasonably clean and tidy. Fly's were a bit annoying. shame the weather was terrible cause we didn't really get chance to use the facilities fully. The Storms caused water to be turned off and pool area to be full of debris.

Het huisje is prima.
Het huis is goed, alles werkt en we misten niets.
Het enige waar wij als oudere mensen veel moeite mee hebben is het meubilair. Geen normale stoelen of bank. Je kunt dus niet gewoon lekker ontspannen zitten.
Dat wordt dan altijd liggen. Dat is niets voor ons. Jongeren zullen daar geen last van hebben.

Très beau golf et logement.
Très beau site, très beau logement. Région un peu moins attrayante que ce que nous espérions malheureusement pour nous qui aimons découvrir autre chose que la piscine (villages typiques etc).
