"The Villa was perfect and had everything we needed for a weeks holiday in May. The pool was clean and warm, we couldn't get the kids out of it they enjoyed it that much. The little seating area in the pool was lovely to relax on and the inside of the villa was lovely and modern with comfy beds. Couldn't fault any of it and we would certainly book this villa again. As always the Mar Manor was a great resort with everything you needed from shops, the beach and restaurant just 10 minutes or less away from the Villa. Would highly recommend and Andrew was the perfect host."

"This is a lovely property to enjoy a home from home holiday on the Mar Menor Golf resort. We don’t play golf but enjoyed watching the golfers from the garden. The garden gets the sun all day long and the pool was perfect to cool down on some Really hot days. There are two other outside terraces , equally good.Inside the kitchen is very well equipped with a dolce gusto coffee machine and lots of pots, pans and dishes should you want to cook. ( fridge / freezer spotless too ).There’s also a super Tv package .Beds.. really comfy.The Boulevard a short stroll away has a range of bars and restaurants. We didn’t hire a a car so it was great to have a Spar just a few mins away on site."

"Totally disappointing stay. For a 5-star resort, it was awful. The outside pool was not in use, so only indoor pool. The lift had broken so you had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs to get there. The lake view requested was disgusting. It was full of green algae and half empty. Loads of noisy kids running around for hours too. The lobby areas were really tatty as well. The room had no storage, no biscuits for the tea and coffee and the TV didn't have any streaming options. I expect this from a 1 star but this was not adequate for 5 star."

"The villa was not cleaned on our arrival. I have had numerous emails to the owner and attached pictures. We had to book into the hotel on the resort for the night as there was no indication when the villa would be cleaned and ready for us and we were unable to wait inside due to the lack of cleaniness or wait outside due to the weather. After asking for a refund, the owner has offered 85 euros. This does not adequately reflect the inconvenience, distress, and additional expense caused."

"Lovely spacious villa on a wonderful resort - very quiet but with facilities near by. Good communication with the owner and simple instructions to access the property . The best part of the property is the outside space ! Lovely size pool and large terrace - some covered so you can get out of the sun ! Some aspects are a little tired but doesn’t impact the stay "
