The community pool is conveniently situated within the beautiful communal gardens. There are two bedrooms sleeping up to 4 persons. From the lounge you step out onto a large terrace with amazing views of the 18th green and suitably decorated and ideal for enjoying the Spanish sunshine. With the East facing orientation you are guaranteed spectacular sunsets and afternoon sun.

    There is a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The bathroom has a bath with shower and vanity unit.

    There is underground secure parking accessed via a lift.

    Full A/C throughout.

There are 2 bars, a hair and beauty salon and a very well stocked supermarket and shop… ALL within walking distance. The resort is very safe and secure with security staff on site at all times.

    20 minutes to the best beaches of the Costa Calida, 20 minutes to Cartagena city centre and 25 minutes to Murcia city centre. Murcia Corvera Airport is just a 15 minute drive and Alicante Airport 50 minutes.
