2 Bedroom Penthouse Apartment With Large Sun Terrace

  • This terrific apartment is in one of the best locations on the La Torre resort. It is a 10 minutes walk from the Golf Club. It is fully air-conditioned throughout. The terrace overlooks the communal pool area, with its toddler and main pools, and beyond that, one of the more challenging lakes of the course. There is a reserved underground car parking space and the block is surrounded by splendid, well maintained gardens. There is a lift that runs all the way from the underground garage and the entry hall to just outside the apartment.
    The resort is now well established and well appointed, with all you need on site. It is very secure with access only via manned gates.

Another great stay

This is our second stay in this apartment and I’m pleased to say it was as enjoyable as the first one. Spacious accommodation in a good location on La Torre. A roof terrace and a covered balcony mean you can always be outside, in or out of the sun as you please. It’s well equipped for catering and has all you need for a comfortable stay. Great communication with the owner prior to our stay. Very happy to recommend.

October break

This is the second time we have stayed in Guys apartment and we weren’t disappointed. Communication was great, beautiful apartment with private rear terrace and smaller front balcony to watch the sunset. Very well equipped and having the spar supermarket onsite is an added bonus. We will definitely be back.

Great Apartment

Had a week away at this apartment with my husband. Great communication with the owner, who also very kindly allowed us early access due to our flight times (very much appreciated). The apartment itself is very spacious and well equiped with everything you need for a self-catering break. Patio area was fantastic and got the sun for most of the day and also had a balcony from both bedrooms if you wanted some shade. Patio overlooked a large pool which was also great. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay

We had a fabulous 2 weeks in this apartment. It’s well placed on the resort and gets sun almost all day on the very private roof terrace, then when the sun disappears from there in the early evening you can move to the large balcony off the bedrooms and enjoy the sunset. The balcony also offers some shelter if it’s a bit windy or god forbid raining. It’s very well equipped with a great selection of chairs, all with covers, as well as sun beds and chairs for the pool. We like to do some cooking in on holiday and this place had everything we needed to cook some great meals. It has a dishwasher and importantly (as so many apartments don’t) plenty of crockery and cutlery which meant you could load it fully. Good selection of glasses, vitally including wine flutes for our cava! The apartment has lots of doors and windows meaning we could get a lovely airflow going which is much nicer than AC. That said the AC was great in the bedroom for sleeping. Beds were comfy too. Communication with Guy, prior to staying, was spot on and overall it was a fantastic stay. We would love to return next year.

It's conveniently placed on La Torre with a private parking space in the basement and a lift to your front door.
