Excellent vacation terraced house in La Torre Golf Resort, one of the largest resorts in Europe. In a fantastic location between Murcia and Cartagena you can enjoy the wonderful climate all year round. The beautiful house is on the living area of 75 m² through and through tastefully decorated and offers among other things 4 cozy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. From the spectacular roof terrace you have a great view of the golf course. Here you can have dinner or relax on the sun loungers.

In the apartment complex you will find an Italian restaurant, a bar with pool tables, an Irish pub and a supermarket. You can also work out playing table tennis, basketball and soccer. The tennis courts are at your disposal with the payment of a deposit. On a beautiful lawn, our younger guests can let off steam in the children's playground. On the beautiful beaches, in addition to sun and relaxation, you will find all water sports activities and excellent restaurants to taste regional dishes and wines.

Sehr gepflegtes Haus mit + und -

Alles hat wunderbar geklappt mit der Schlüsselübergabe und wir hatten einen sehr netten Kontakt mit David. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut im Ressort. Jedoch hat uns das Katzenelend im Ressort sehr traurig gestimmt. Erstens: hatten die Eigentümer des Ferienhaus Metallspitzen auf dem Balkon montiert, welche zu erheblichen Verletzungen für Katzen führen. So etwas darf nicht montiert werden. Zweitens: Das Ressort verbietet das füttern der Katzen was wir auch verstehen können, jedoch sollte sich das Ressort auch um die Kastration kümmern, wenn sie schon die Katzen als Mäuse/Rattenfänger halten. Im Urlaub möchte man sich nicht mit verletzten und extrem verwahrlosten Katzen umgeben. Für uns war das Haus super, jedoch wegen der Metallspitzen würden wir dieses Haus nicht mehr buchen. Drittens: Die WC Abflüsse laufen nur zögerlich ab und das Bidet im 1. OG kann nicht benutz werden da kein Wasser kommt. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub aber der nächste in einem anderen Golf Ressort wo auch die Clubhäuser geöffnet sind.

Problèmes pour recuperer les clés de la location .personne de disponible auprès de novasol même au téléphone Nous avons été obligé d appeler homeaway au texas qui nous ont réservé un hôtel pour la première nuit en attendant de trouver une solution. Coût environ 55 € . Nous vous enverrons un courrier pour avoir une indemnisation de ces frais téléphoniques . Sinon location agréable

Nice and cosy,

loved to stay there, everything is ok, stylish and very clean. 1* less because of the not very well equipped TV (small, no HDMI) and the kitchen equipment wich is a bit economically. Both could be solved very easy. The service was perfect and very friendly. Recommendation!
