The upstairs living area provides panoramic views of the sea and coastline which can be enjoyed from the private dining balcony with outdoor table and seating. The apartment is dog friendly. This 4 Star Gold townhouse benefits from solid wood flooring throughout the main living areas. Upstairs comprises a modern fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, two large reclining sofas and oak dining set. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could possibly need including an electric oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, cafetiere, kettle and full range of utensils. Glass bi-fold doors provide access to the private balcony and lovely views and sounds of the sea. Downstairs, the Master bedroom has sea views and features a King Size bed and light and bright colour scheme with fitted double wardrobes.
