The living room with exposed stone walls is a bright and welcoming space with a smart TV, which leads up a step to the modern and functional kitchen space with a table and chairs. The bathroom is conveniently located on the ground floor and benefits from a bathtub with an overhead shower, enabling you to warm up as soon as you get in from that refreshing dip in the sea or long coastal hike. The accommodation is set across the first floor, with a double bedroom with a feature fireplace. The bunk room is suitable for children or adults alike, making Rose Cottage the perfect destination for couples or small families. This cottage is in a great location for a holiday or short break, whatever time of year. Had a general smell of damp due to age, and could use a deep clean. Living spaces were clean, but around skirtings, window edges etc and I don't expect carpets to be perfect as it accepts dogs, but they feel and look as if they could use a refresh now. Clearer instructions around bin disposal and immersion heater would also be helpful! ##### Helen ---
