This two-bedroom, ground floor holiday apartment provides the perfect place to relax. Located in our West wing, the outdoor seating area to the front provides lovely sea views. This apartment is dog friendly.

This 3 Star holiday apartment is decorated in nautical tones providing a great place to relax. Benefitting a refitted kitchen, this apartment is comfortably furnished with sofa and armchairs with a Smart TV and DVD player. The refurbished kitchen comprises an electric oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, cafetiere, kettle and full range of utensils. There is a double bedroom to the front of the property furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables complete with matching lamps, chest of drawers and a double wardrobe. There is a twin bedroom situated to the rear furnished with twin beds, bedside cabinet complete with lamp, chest of drawers, and a double wardrobe. The bathroom features a shower bath with a power shower, WC, wash basin, heated towel rail, shaver point and mirror. Outside is a terrace with a table and seating - perfect for taking in the superb sea views and communal gardens.

The location is truly exceptional. Located moments away from a year-round dog-friendly beach, this apartment is the perfect base for exploring the South Cornwall Coast. Only a few miles from Looe, you can step out onto the South West Coastal Path, walk to great local pubs or simply sit back, relax and enjoy the unrivalled sea views.

Lovely friendly greeting on arrival. The apartment was spotless. Nice little basket with tea coffee sugar milk and biscuits on arrival. Clean bedlinen and towels were provided which saved having to bring them with us. Everything in the kitchen you would need. The dishwasher was a bonus. Views are brilliant sat on the chairs outside having breakfast which was nice. We had Sunday lunch at the Beach House which was very nice and a lovely evening meal at the Inn on the shore.
