Offering stylish, high-spec accommodation in the heart of the idyllic Cornish coastal village of Kingsand, this spacious six-bedroom, five-bathroom property is set in an elevated position and boasts breathtaking sea views from many of its rooms, creating the perfect retreat for family gatherings or celebratory getaways. Inside, the house unfolds over four floors, offering generous living space and a wealth of modern comforts. At its heart is the expansive kitchen and dining area, where a five-metre dining table comfortably seats up to 18 guests, a dream for entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, ideal for preparing a leisurely meal featuring freshly caught seafood paired with a fine wine. A large sunroom opens onto the private garden, a suntrap where guests can enjoy alfresco dining, fire up the ENJOi egg-style BBQ, or rinse off sandy toes and paws in the outdoor shower.
