The check in had a little hiccups because they asked for an online check in that requires scanning the physical pasaport and I didn’t have my husband’s passport with me since we came from different cities . "My room was quiet, well equipped and clean, with a very comfortable bed and a beautiful view of Fishermen's bastion. The buffet breakfast was sumptuous with a large selection of tasty and healthy options. Hotel staff was helpful, cheerful and courteous. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, being on the Danube's Buda side with a direct view of the magnificent Parliament building across the river. Several good restaurants as well as a Metro station are in easy walking distance. Some minuses: one of the hotel's two elevators was down for the whole week of my stay and some of the bench-type seating in the breakfast room had torn upholstery"

"Stayed 3 nights in this hotel and th only fault that we could find was that they turn off the air-conditioning/heating when not summer or winter and the room was quite warm otherwise it was the perfect hotel, centrally located, large comfortable rooms, helpful and professional staff and serve a great breakfast."
