"We didn't receive an email about check in instructions as the booking information said i would. We phoned them and advised we wouldn't need the sofa bed made but it was made anyway. Check in was at the hotel round the corner and was so slow it took probably 20 mins. The bath was designed so that having a shower floods the room as the bath tub was not flush against the wall. "The apartments were equipped. Perfect for a long time stay. We just stayed 1 night. We could do laundry so it worked. The check in process was confusing. I kept receiving emails asking to check in online 1 week before my arrival. The links sent didn't give me the check in options so I couldn't do it. At the end, they checks us in when we arrived and they didnt say anything. Those emails were a little overwhelming thinking that we might not have a place to stay upon our arrival due to overbooking. The lace was centralized."

"The room was very clean and comfortable. The beds were nice and soft, Wi-Fi worked well. Nice to have USB sockets and plenty of other sockets as well. I didn’t use the restaurant butcher hot ice from the bar a couple of times. There was a hot water pot and instant coffee in the room.The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was on our second day the water suddenly didn’t work in our room and was off for a while. Toilet, sink everything. But they had it back up and running within an hour or two. It’s a great location very close to the Keleti train station. Lobby is beautiful and modern and plenty of lifts. We didn’t do the breakfast because I thought 18 eurosa person was a bit steep and there’s lots of other options close by. But I would highly recommend it if you’re passing through or just need to place in Budapest to use as a base being that the Metro and train station are right across the street."
