We enjoyed our stay at Zion Happy Retreat very much! Clean property, good location in a quiet neighborhood, with all the needed amenities. We enjoyed the lovely back patio for coffee in the morning or evening conversations. The game room was a hit as well!

Overall incredible experience, Faye & Bryan are stand out, warm and hospitable hosts. From the reservation experience, to flexibility of modifying our stay, to consistent communication throughout, had one of the best VRBO experiences ever. The home is carefully crafted, with attention to detail—a very homey-feel. Amenities (sauna, game room, plenty of pantry goods) were the cherry on top! My only regret is not being able to stay longer. 10/10 would recommend, and hope to be back another time!

Lovely home with just about anything we could want or need! Well stocked, well equipped, amazing game room, spacious back yard to enjoy more of the outdoors, quiet setting with a nice view, and close to what we wanted. Would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean and all needs were readily available. The favorite was the game room for the guys, they had a great time playing ping pong, darts and the other games. We all enjoyed the nice back yard and patio. Very nice property, thank you!

Wonderful place

My family of 8 and 4 small dogs. Stayed in this beautiful home, really cozy. We loved this place. Clean beautiful and welcoming. Our corgis loved the backyard. The owners were really accommodating to us and specially with our dogs. We really recommend this place. Great location close to Zion National Park. And the towns near by.

Perfect place after a day on the trails

Our group of six adults had a great stay! Plenty of space to unwind after a long day outside. Backyard is perfect for the pups with very nice landscaping. Plenty of parking for our 3 Jeeps and truck/trailer. Kitchen had everything we needed. Massage chair is a great bonus!

Really enjoyed my stay at the Zion Happy Retreat! Faye & Bryan were perfect hosts and was able to give me very nice hiking locations near the property. The house was very clean and had all the amenities to make my stay very nice. I had to work a few days and the wifi was excellent. Will definitely come back again!

Perfect Base Camp

Check in/out a breeze, owners responsive but not over bearing. House amenities were resort quality. Treated to hummingbirds in the backyard. We enjoyed hearing/seeing local livestock in neighborhood. Great location as basecamp for day visits to Zion and other activities. Massage chair was a hit after hiking all day. Chef's kitchen and local grocery made for enjoyable and affordable meals. Vegas getaway

From Vegas and my wifes family came to visit us from Europe. Brother in law heard about Zion online and wanted to visit during their trip. Found this listing and it was perfect. Perfect home base for exploring the area

6 adults and a dog had a great stay at Faye and Bryan’s place. We cooked most of our meals there and were able to hang out as a family. It was an easy drive to ZNP and we really enjoyed exploring some of the local state parks too. The backyard was a great place to sit out and enjoy the lovely March weather! Communication was excellent, helpful and super prompt. The massage chair was a much appreciated bonus 8^). One of our party had to work a couple of days and found the WiFi to be up to the task for his video calls.

Great Family place

The house was clean and beautiful. Kitchen was well appointed and had everything needed to cook for a big family at home. Coffee bar was nice! Massage chair was a welcome place after a long day of hiking. Back patio was a great place to relax and listen to the kids play in the game room- they had so much fun in there! Master bed was super comfy. All rooms were nice but a little warm in the summer months, could maybe use some fans. Hosts were very good at communicating ahead of time, everything we needed was taken care of and ready. Short drive to get to Zion and other attractions around. Would definitely recommend.

Great Location!!

We loved staying at the Zion Happy Retreat! The location was perfect! We have been to this area several times & it is the perfect location to travel to Zion, Bryce, & Other area attractions. We visited places in St George & the Escalante Staircase! Dave's Grocery Mart was convenient and we ended cooking most nights in the fully stocked kitchen with our family! Loved sitting in the Sauna first thing in the morning! We traveled with 3 of our adult children & it was nice that everyone had their own room & private areas! We did not get to spend as much time in the newly renovated game room as we would have liked, but it was amazing! Faye was very responsive in answering any questions we had and giving advice about the area! Would definitely recommend staying here!

We were 2 families (4 school-age kids) traveling from MN on a road trip & found this gem of a place to stay at on our Zion leg of the adventure. It was perfect for the 8 of us! Very clean!! Has a spacious master bedroom & 3 guest rooms with a great common area both inside & in the backyard for all of us to hang. We unfortunately didnt get to utilize the game room like we planned, as we only stayed for 2 nights, and after our long days of hiking, our evenings were pretty low key.The massage chair was AMAZING to utilize after our hikes- a pleasant bonus to the already fabulous house.Faye was always prompt with responses when we had questions & was very helpful with suggestions for activities around the area. The house is located in a quaint neighborhood & we felt very safe & right at home.Would definitely recommend staying here if you plan to head to Zion! It was a gorgeous hour drive to the Park, with lots of picturesque urea along the way. We hope to return some day!!

Great base in Zion area for exploring

We were two family’s with three school aged kids and another couple staying for a race in the area. Very convenient to get around to St. George, apply valley where the race was and Zion area. The kids and the adults enjoyed the game room and backyard very much and just hanging near the house to relax before the race. Fun to explore nearby hurrican, convergence park etc if not tackling the bigger national or state parks. The house is extremely clean and well appointed with kitchen equipment, towels, good shampoos etc. massage chair and infrared sauna just take it to another level! Host was able to accommodate adding another couple to our initial group with the semi-separate upstairs unit. Backyard is fenced and very convenient for small kids to play and our dog. Hosts are so quick to communicate and accommodating to a few requests. I stay in a lot of vacation rentals and this is definitely one of the best.
