"The rooms are very small it is retrofitted from an old mill or factory feels a bit claustrophobic , the heater air conditioning is a split unit that can only be controlled by a wall thermostat and it does not provide accurate real room temperature readings , other than that the restaurant seems to be nice and having a little gym with a treadmill weigh training is a plus "

"The rooms are rather cramped, with limited toiletries provided in the bathrooms. The sheets feel stiff, as they are not made of cotton. The ice machine was out of order, despite a complaint having been filed. The lobby staff makes little effort to provide attentive service—with the exception of Ms. June, whose efforts deserve special commendation—particularly given that they do not offer assistance in Spanish. The breakfast—as well as the service area where it is served—features high-quality service (Ms. Jane handles this aspect exceptionally well); however, the variety of food items offered leaves much to be desired. They need to vary the menu and make it more appealing to a wider range of tastes. The price-to-quality ratio does not meet appropriate standards. I hope they will seek a prompt resolution to these issues. The cleaning is of good quality, although they need to improve the light filtration through the gaps in the doors—which also allow noise to penetrate. I would visit again, provided they seek to resolve these critical issues that limit their qualitative growth."

"Minute my friend and I got to the room trouble using the key. Then the remote wouldn’t work. Same night fire alarm went off at 1am. Waken up my friend who freaked out cause he was sleeping. We ordered takeout and desk didn’t have any utensils. Which was saddening from the hotel part and the people who brought us the food. My friend really wanted to do this review cause it was his birthday and I needed it to be the best weekend. Which didn’t turn out that well. I traveled out of state to come to Providence and it’s too bad that I had to give a bad rating. But he would have been upset if I didn’t. Also I requested house keeping for more towels. They never came. And we are clean people. Also I noticed the rat traps outside the building telling me there’s a problem with rodents. I didn’t see any but my friend saw a huge one over by the highway where he was smoking. I could hear them through the walls when trying to sleep. It wasn’t easy for me to sleep."

"I never needed a hotel just like this more and I’m so grateful. When my home burned up last week, I needed a comfortable place to stay for an unknown period and my first thought, Homewood Suites. It was the right choice for this traumatized family. My cats are safe here too. Room is clean and comfortable. The kitchenette makes longer stays easier and the all important “door” for a little bit of privacy for our teenager. The pool and hot tub are lovely and my boys have enjoyed a big hot breakfast every day. The staff is helpful and friendly - even dealing with stressed out Moms like me. I have stayed for pleasure and comfort on vacations before, but knowing who to call after a fire? This hotel is affordable and luxurious for all of my family’s needs and I couldn’t be more satisfied. We have stayed here many times before and we will stay here again. Homewood Suites got it right. Thank you Ryan and the entire staff at the Warwick Homewood Suites. "

"The Hyatt Place is so extraordinarily convenient to the PVD airport. After a day of flying I was happy to walk to the hotel via a skyway link. The reception staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast choices were many and varied. I highly recommend this hotel!"
