The room I had was very recently renovated. It was super clean, comfortable bed and bed linens.
The bathroom was spacious, new tub, flooring, vanity. Towels were of good quality.
The buffet breakfast was excellent and well stocked each morning I was there. Lots of variety of hot and cold breakfast offerings. The supervisor was excellent; he was teaching summer students their job. He ensured they were being properly trained to ensure excellent customer service. The buffet area was constantly being cleaned, and fresh items were replenished immediately.
Front desk staff were pleasant, friendly and accommodating.
Housekeeping staff also friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is beautiful and within walking distance to downtown and the inner harbor. The food in the restaurant is good. The room was a great size.
