Rooms are very clean and the air conditioning was great

I realize this resort is new but lots of things weren’t right. There were no ice machines on our floor. There was no soap at the bathroom sink. Our refrigerator had leaked all over the floor when we arrived. I bought a non alcoholic drink for 10$ and my debit card was charged $15. There were posters for decorations that looked cheap and there were supposed to be some kid activities that were non existent. The only perk was the location but that’s about it. Spend your money elsewhere.

Breakfast area is too small, area felt congested, They clean the rooms on a daily basis Staff was good, except, we arrived a little early before their posted check-in time and wouldn’t allow check-in before the posted 4 pm, first time we’ve had that happen. It’s been our experience with other hotel chains , if room was ready. They allowed us to check in. It wasn’t a problem but was the first time we’ve experienced the strict policy Overall it was fine
