"Llegamos y no había nadie en recepción. Toco llamar por teléfono para que viniera alguien. La cama olía a cigarrillo. La habitación tenía un ambiente lúgubre. No había cortina en la ventana. El aire, aunque era tipo split, demoró en enfriar."

"Om eerlijk te zijn voldoet de woning niet aan onze verwachtingen. Het huis is oud en verouderd. Lekkende airco's, ramen/deuren die bij regen doorlekken, een piepende rookmelder die vrijwel de hele nacht geluid maakte. Na melding van deze defecten is er wel een monteur gekomen, maar het verpest wel ..."
