The house is beautiful, comfortable, and in a great location; it is on a dead end cul-de-sac with green space beside it, and the neighborhood is upscale and very quiet. There is in-garage parking. There are restaurants and shops nearby. We used the home as our base for multiple day trips, with easy/quick access to I-10 within 5 minutes.
