Start the day with a refreshing dip in the water before taking a seat together at the bar in the kitchen for a delicious breakfast. The kids play carefree in the large garden while you watch from the terrace with a drink Tongeren has a very nice city centre with the Grand Place, the Beguinage, the Roman Relics, the impressive medieval ramparts and the Basilica of Our Lady. In the area around Tongeren, you can also take beautiful walking and cycling trips. In spring, the beautiful blossoms on the trees are a sight to behold. Many tours are organised then. Das Schwimmbad war sehr schön. Was für ein Luxus, so von Ihrem Wohnzimmer in den Pool! Der Pool musste regelmäßig gereinigt werden (2 Mal pro Woche). Dies wurde mit uns geschickt koordiniert, als es möglich war. Wir danken der Gastgeberin und ihrer Familie für ihre Gastfreundschaft. In der Nähe befindet sich Tongeren, ein nettes Städtchen mit einem großen Flohmarkt am Sonntag. In einer halben Stunde Entfernung liegen Maastricht, St. Pieter Berg und die Höhlen.
