"Front desk person was a hassle even after I showed him my Expedia confirmation, he pretended to not understand and made my check-in difficult. The bed is rock hard and made sleeping extremely uncomfortable. I would never stay here again."

We arrived at hotel before checking in time, we wanted to go to near restaurant where too near for taxi call. Then, the staff brought us to the restaurant, and he explained to restaurant staff what we wanted to go to the cable car station after lunch. "Was very easy to get to the hotel from the intercity bus stop. Also navigable to the train by easy access to the city bus. View from the top is pretty good of the fort"

"The hotel is new part of city so it was really clean and I like my room, service and staff was excellent. Also there was so many choices for restaurants. All the restaurants I‘be tried I was satisfied. But now I’m in city of tong young and I’m already disappointed with the quality of hotel. Staff doesn’t care. My door and tv was not working properly and they fixed the door but they said they will be back for tv but never did. Also it was supposed to be deluxe double room. That’s not deluxe double room."
