8.6/10 Excellent! (1,001 reviews)
To be honest it felt more like student digs than a hotel. Only one towel in a room booked for two people, no hairdryer, shower sprayed water all over floor due to inadequate shower door, carpets/flooring throughout looked tired/stained. Breakfast was extremely poor, scrambled eggs watery and flavourless, bacon tasted like it had been under the heat lamp for 3 business days, ran out of certain bread/pastries with no sign of refilling with an hour of service left. The location is decent enough and the staff were friendly but there are much better hotels in the area for a similar price point. Parking charges you two nights even when only staying for one.

7.8/10 Good! (820 reviews)
"It was a very windy day which exposed the lack of insulation and how the cold air got in. The room was freezing, the heating cam on but for too short a time the room was already freezing and did not warm up. I had an air fan and an oil radiator on but the amount of cold air getting in did not mean ..."
