The room we struggled to get into, when we finally managed to access it, there was nothing to drink in the room, no water, coffee or tea facilities, no iron if we needed it, sink and shower tiles had massive cracks and mould around the bathroom, couldn’t turn down the heat of the flooring. The staff are extremely kind and helpful, and the breakfast is excellent. I do have just two suggestions I hope can be considered: there is no air conditioning in the room, which made it a bit hot and uncomfortable at times, and there is no refrigerator, so I had to bring some of my items down to the reception."
